By using www.aarvyaconsulting.com (“the Website”) or engaging Aarvya Consulting (“the Firm”) for services, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or our services.

2. Nature of services

The Firm provides professional consulting services in taxation, compliance, accounting, audit support, payroll, ERP implementation and business advisory through qualified professionals. Specific scope, fees and timelines for each engagement are agreed separately in writing (engagement letter / quote). Where statutory certification by a Chartered Accountant is required, work is performed by an empanelled professional under applicable professional standards.

3. Information on the Website

• Content on the Website is for general information only and does not constitute professional advice.
• Tax law and regulations change frequently — content may not always be current. Always confirm with us before acting on it.
• Testimonials are illustrative; outcomes depend on individual facts and circumstances.

4. Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete and timely information and documents.
• Approve drafts and filings within reasonable timelines so we can meet statutory deadlines.
• Pay agreed fees as per the engagement letter.

5. Fees and payments

Fees are quoted as fixed-fee or scope-based. Statutory fees, government levies, stamp duties and reimbursable expenses are charged at actuals. Late or non-payment may result in suspension of work; statutory deadlines missed because of delayed cooperation are not the Firm’s liability.

6. Confidentiality

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Firm’s aggregate liability for any engagement shall not exceed the professional fees paid for that specific engagement. The Firm shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or speculative losses.

8. Intellectual property

All content, branding and design elements on the Website are the property of Aarvya Consulting and may not be reproduced without written permission. Working papers and templates created during an engagement remain the Firm’s property; deliverables are released to the client upon full payment.

9. No solicitation

This Website is not intended to solicit work in violation of applicable professional standards. The information is offered solely on the basis of the user’s voluntary access.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the city in which the Firm is registered.
